Designing and leading impactful teams in digital Product Design since 2014.
My story 🛠️
Tonya O.
I'm an "always curious" design mind who's worked for enterprise B2B & B2C companies, start-ups and non-profits in Travel, Healthcare and other spaces. Over the past 10+ years, I've crafted user-centered experiences that make an impact and fostered high-performing design team cultures. I enjoy taking on complex problems and breaking them down into executable steps to create intuitive, highly-functional, beautiful and fun products!
I consider myself a player-coach in my personal and professional life, as I feel one of my greatest gifts is encouraging and mentoring others to do their best work, sometimes by example.
Outside of work, you'll find me enjoying a good book, traveling the world, at my kid's sporting events, spending time with family and friends or exploring new hobbies like the AI binge I'm currently on that produced my flower-powered avatar.
I’ve also founded a few small businesses in my past. So, I love to stay connected to local and small businesses—finding hidden gems whereever I can.
